ATTENTION: At approximately 4 pm U.S. Eastern Standard Time on Wednesday October 29, 2014, there will be two changes for accessing Customer Voice reporting portal:
- You will be required to use a new log-in ID for the Customer Voice reporting portal. Your new log-in ID is your current log-in ID plus @cv.com.
For example, if your current log-in ID is "John" then your new log-in ID will be John@CV.com.
- You will access this reporting portal using a new URL, which will be provided to you soon.
Details of the above changes will be communicated to you by your respective Starbucks Store Operations team. Thank you.
